The Restaurant at Theatre Severn opened in the Autumn of 2023 when two lads from Shrewsbury - Nick Thorn and Liam Tinsley - decided to take the plunge and start a brand new business venture.
Our Philosophy
We offer one sitting at 6pm Wednesday - Saturday weekly.
Enjoy two or three courses and even that extra glass of Tanners of wine, leaving plenty of time to eat before the evening theatre show begins!
Theatre seats are moments away and it takes less than thirty seconds to get from the restaurant table to theatre seating. This makes The Restaurant at Theatre Severn the obvious choice for pre-theatre dining!
Step One: Book In
When you book a table, you will be invited to pre-order your food. You are provided with a set menu along with prices.
Why do we do this? It gives you more time to enjoy the food, and less waste is created so it is more environmentally friendly!
Step Two: Dine In Style
Enjoy a two or three course meal in style. Enjoy the flavours, take your time.
You could even take a glass of Tanners wine and sit on our roof terrace, admiring the riverside views of a majestic sunset!
Step Three: Enjoy the show!
When it’s time, head to the auditorium to find your seats for the evening!
The Restaurant is conveniently located within a minute of your seats, so there’s no rush when it comes to eating your food or enjoying your meal at your own pace!
What’s more: any diners who are attending a theatre performance can skip the queue at the interval for drinks!
